I see your post is pretty old and I hope you had no problem whatsoever and you're on your way to giving birth to two beautiful kids.
I was not pregnant with twins, however, I too had a bleeding exactly around 11 weeks. That was with my first pregnancy. I remember being dead scared and telling my husband I don't want to lose this baby after all I've gone through to get pregnant.
If I remember right, the bleeding was there for a couple of days. The doctor didn't even ask me to rest. He said, if you continue bleeding and loses your pregnancy that's because the baby is not fit to face the world. It's natural selection that is taking place. So we thought everything happens for the best and held on tight. Thank god the bleeding stopped and the baby was fine. So these things do happen and they don't necessarily end up being as bad as we fear.
However, they say that 2nd trimester bleeding is the worst, which one of my friends had and the doctor said there was some placental detachment. She also feared to death, however, ultimately went on to give birth to a baby girl at around 8 months. Yes the baby did come out a little bit earlier, but she was fine.
Hope this helps somebody!

This is what helped me get pregnant >> Pregnancy MiracleDon't be SURPRISED if ONE DIMENSIONAL treatment options fail. Pregnancy is a 'Whole Body' phenomenon and not a 'Uterus' only phenomenon. That's exactly why you should go for a HOLISTIC treatment option like "Pregnancy Miracle". I know I did!
