Vitamin A is very important. Although this is available in vegetables, you can always consider vitamin supplements as prescribed by the physician.

So I'm on Women's One a Day multi vitamin, and it has 2000 I.U. It also has Beta carotene, at 500 I.U. I was taking an Omega 3 supplement, but I heard that fish oild contail ALOT of vitamin A also! The bottle of Omega 3 says to consult Doctor if I'm taking while pregnant. I have stopped taking the Omega 3, called my Doctor, AND Pharmacist, and no one's returning my calls!
What do you ladies think???
