I am Trying to Conceive
Due in N/A

Hi my name is Trish and I'm a new member. I'm not to sure how this works but would love to get advice on my current fertility situation.

We have been trying to have another baby for over a year and sadly had a miscarriage in December.

I suppose its an age old question is there anything I can do to aid my fertility, all my doctor suggested was once my hormones are back on track, test and see if I'm ovulating. He also suggested that my husband and I start taking multi-vitamins.

Does anyone have any helpful suggestions.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hello Trish!

It took me a while to figure out what the best way was and now I want to share my happiness with all the future moms smile.gif PM and I'll happily help you out!

Hi Trish,

Diet is often overlooked when trying to conceive. One of the things My husband and I did when trying to conceive, was make sure to start eating better. I started off with a banana each day.Multivitamins definitely help, but if you are eating junk food, it won't help much.

Hope this helps smile.gif

Don't be SURPRISED if ONE DIMENSIONAL treatment options fail.Pregnancy is a 'Total Body' phenomenon and not a 'Uterus' only phenomenon. That's exactly why you seek the best HOLISTIC treatment option for you. I know I did!
