I am Currently Pregnant
Due in October

I am due on October 8th which puts me at 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I am having alot of troubles with my health care provider and I'd like some feedback from other moms out there.
First, I'd like to know what my symptoms could mean.

Severe pressure on the sciatic nerve
Sporadic lower back pain that can become quite intense
Heavy milky white discharge
Increased frequency of bowel movements

Also, my health care provider is telling me I am measuring too small but no one else I have spoken to or who has seen me has said anything like this and I was also told that the baby seems otherwise completely healthy, yet she is pushing me to have a 3rd ultrasound that my insurance will not cover.

I really want to get labor going because the baby is causing me alot of problems. Especially at night when I try to sleep, she goes apeshit on my sciatic nerve, my lungs, my kidneys, and I also get restless leg syndrome really bad so I have barely gotten any sleep. I am finding it very difficult to get out of bed in the mornings due to the intense back and pelvic pain, and even sleeping in my recliner doesn't make it any easier. My belly is sitting pretty low now too. I'm so exhausted, I just want to go into labor and get this out of the way.
I've tried sex and walking and its done nothing but make it harder for me to sleep at night, I refuse to try castor oil, is there any other methods I might try to put myself in labor?
If I wasn't having so many problems, I'd just wait it out, but its getting to a point where I just can't deal with the pains, especially since they make it very difficult for me to walk or even stay standing at times. There are times the pains get so bad, I double over.
Any help would be much appreciated.

welcome to the third trimester. These are all normal things. your discharge gets to be more the last few weeks, the frequent bowel movements is due to baby being so low and your body is getting ready for labor. the nerve thing and the restless leg there isn't anything anyone can do. it's part of pregnancy. sometimes youg et them sometimes you don't. i have the leg problems i wake up in pain but you just have to deal with it. and remember it's not going to get any easier when the baby comes. good luck to you and i know i wasn't much help
